So as that you are guaranteed to only experience positive surprises in one of our apartments in San Candido/Innichen, we would like to inform you about our General Terms and Conditions.

All the rates within the price lists are for 2 people per day.

Surcharges and supplements

  • Final cleaning: for up to 2 days of stay = EUR 32.00; for 3 and more days = EUR 60.00;
  • Daily cleaning per week = EUR 175.00
  • Extra bed: EUR 17.00 per day for the 3rd, 4th and 5th person; for children under 3 years we calculate EUR 10.00 per day, depending on the season
  • Pets: The surcharge for pets (on request) is EUR 15.00 a day without food.
  • Car park for Post Residence guests: EUR 10.00 per day
  • Garage for Residence Silvia guests: EUR 10.00 per day

Our cancellation policies

For low season
  • No cancellation fees in case of cancellation within 11 days prior to your arrival and the deposit will be refunded or credited for another stay.
  • If you cancel your holiday less than 10 days prior, we will have to charge the total amount of your reservation as cancellation fee.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, we will have to charge the total invoice.

For high season
  • No cancellation fees in case of cancellation within 22 days prior to your arrival and the deposit will be refunded or credited for another stay.
  • If you cancel your holiday less than 21 days prior, we will have to charge the total amount of your reservation as cancellation fee.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, we will have to charge the total invoice.

Cancellation policies for winter

For low season
  • No cancellation fees in case of cancellation within 7 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you cancel your holiday less than 7 days prior, we will have to charge a 30% of the total amount of your reservation as cancellation fee.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, we will have to charge the total invoice.

For high season
  • No cancellation fees in case of cancellation within 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you cancel your holiday less than 14 days prior, we will have to charge a 30% of the total amount of your reservation as cancellation fee.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, we will have to charge the total invoice.

Deposit
Our reservation is only valid on receipt of a deposit of 400.00 euros per suite/room (for reservations in the high season EUR 1.000.00).

Arrival & departure
 
The guest has access to the room from roughly 3 pm and must vacate the room for final cleaning on the day of departure at 10.00 am. In the event of arriving late or leaving early the rental rate for that time is charged.
