We are happy to provide you with information about our current General Terms and Conditions here. So that you already know all the important conditions before you start your holiday at your hotel in Travel to San Candido/InnichenVal Pusteria/Pustertal.

All rooms and suites may slightly differ from the floor plan and furnishings.

Surcharges and supplements

• Surcharges: Garage: EUR 15.00 per day
• Single occupancy supplement: 60%-100% of the half-board price
• Pets only on request: EUR 25.00 per day;
  The surcharge for pets is without food. Pets are not allowed in the dining room.

Deposit
The deposit is approx. EUR 400.00 per booking (for reservations in the high season EUR 1.000.00) and this can be sent by bank transfer or post office deposit. Our bank details are:

Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure. In the event of arriving late or leaving early we charge the half-board price less EUR 10.00.

Cancellation and trip cancellation insurance
We advise all guests to take out our trip cancellation insurance, which we can provide for you at attractive conditions. You can find our trip cancellation insurance provided by hogast here.

Visitor's tax
From the 01/01/2024, we are charging EUR 3.50 per day per person at the Post Hotel as a municipial tax (visitor's tax).
