Programme:
  • Monday: ALPINE THEME - Explore the Nemesalm and the Klammbach stream and learn more about alpine farming and the dairy industry. Visit the bunker on Mount Croce. Optional: lunch.
  • Tuesday: TOPIC BORDER CONFLICTS - Cable car ride to the Helm restaurant and hike across the Carnic Alps ridge to the Helm summit and the Sillianer hut. Learn more about the UNESCO World Natural Heritage site and the border conflicts between South Tyrol, Austria, and Italy.
  • Wednesday: TOPIC MOUNTAINS – Over blooming alpine meadows and past old Swiss stone pines, we reach the Monte Specie. From the UNESCO World Heritage terrace, you have a wonderful view of the Three Peaks and the surrounding Dolomite peaks.
  • Friday: TOPIC TREES – The hike leads towards the Malga San Silvestro with a small detour to the Earth Pyramids of Dobbiaco. Afterwards, we go up to the rustic “Steinbergalm” with a view of the Drei Zinnen. The forest path with the typical coniferous trees of the region leads back to the starting point.

All excursion destinations are doable with a little fitness. The price does not include any lunches on the excursion days or tickets for the lifts.
Guests who book a shorter stay can also take part in the individual day excursions.
