Ski in & ski out

In winter, when I look out of the window of the Post Alpina and see the merry goings-on on the ski slopes of the Monte Elmo ski resort, I just want to strap on my skis, step out the door and set off downhill. One of the things that I so love about this hotel is that our guests have exactly this opportunity on their winter holiday in our family hotel. After all, our hotel is the closest to the ski lifts in this family-friendly ski resort. You can just leave your car parked where it is and set off for the slopes right in front of the Post Alpina. The lift is just a short distance away and will take you up the mountain to the 93 km of ski slopes (of which 45% are blue slopes). The wide slopes make it particularly easy for children and beginners to ski.

 You can buy your ski pass in our hotel and this allows you to use all seven ski resorts in the Three Peaks of Lavarado Ski Federation (at a charge). Our hotel also has its own ski rental.

The Versciaco/Three Peaks railway station allowes you to reach the Plan de Corones ski resort with the Ski Pustertal Express, which leaves every 30 minutes. Since winter 2014/15, there is also the ski connection Monte Elmo-Croda Rossa, which now has two 8-seater gondola lifts and two slopes.
