What belongs to a perfect family holiday? Plenty of exciting adventures in unspoilt nature, of course. The Familienhotels Südtirol are the perfect place to experience them. The unique, age-appropriate Nature Programme by Familienhotels Südtirol, developed by children's experts and nature educators, promotes creativity, inspires the imagination, and awakens the thirst for research.
The main theme for 2023 is “Naturally good – cooking and eating with Ella and Max”. It revolves around learning about the forest and nature, searching for wild plants and herbs, and preparing them over the fire.
Together with our professionally trained nature educators, the little natural chefs will playfully learn about edible wild plants, prepare easy recipes over the open fire, and then eat them. Not only that, but as part of the age-appropriate children’s programme, developed in close cooperation with experienced nature educators, they’ll learn how wild plants and medicinal herbs are preserved and create containers and packaging for them.
