San Candido: the cross-country skier’s paradise

The Post Hotel stands at the centre of a cross-country skier’s paradise: the two most beautiful cross-country skiing runs in the entire South Tyrol. One runs for 40 km to Lienz, the capital of the Eastern South Tyrol in neighbouring Austria. The other leaves from San Candido and carries you into the idyllic Sesto valley.  You can even keep going to Dobbiaco, and from there go on to Cortina, the Pearl of the Dolomites.
