There's a splendid choice of sled runs in and around San Candido:

The Monte Baranci sled run starts at the end of the chairlift and finishes 320 meters lower after a 3 kilometer fun-filled descent at the start of the chairlift in San Candido. Sledding is fun indeed!

The Croda Rossa sled run is 5 kilometers long! It starts at the end of the Croda Rossa cableway and drops 690 m before reaching the station in Sesto. Take the cableway back to the top in just 10 minutes or hike the distance in 2 hours. Regain your forces with a stop in Croda Rossa's Prati Mountain Hut and then ride your sled back down again restored and refreshed.

In some periods you can even go sledding even at night: from Christmas on, for example, every Thursday night on the Croda Rossa run. The circuit is in operation from 20.30 until 22.00. Another event that makes your winter vacation in South Tyrol truly special!
