Downhill is not the only way to ski! Alta Pusteria’s network of cross-country skiing circuits covers nearly 200 kilometers. The one single skipass for the entire network helps ensure perfect grooming and abundant snow for every circuit. Tracks for every level of prowess have been laid for both “skating” and classic cross-country skiing. Cross-country skiers in South Tyrol are especially fond of the idyllic Valle di Landro circuit with its fabulous view of the famous Three Peaks of Lavaredo (Tre Cime di Lavaredo).

Cross-country skiers have nothing but the embarrassment of the choice in San Candido: they can push East towards Austria, West in the direction of Dobbiaco, or South to Sesto.
